Cooking Tips
- In Sri Lanka, avocados are almost exclusively treated as a dessert or sweet drink, never as a savory food (like guacamole).
- Using condensed milk instead of sugar and regular milk makes it incredibly rich and decadent.
Variations
- Avocado Juice: Blend the same ingredients with ice and more milk to create a thick shake.
Chef's Notes & Storage
- The perfect 5-minute dessert when avocados are in season.
