Cooking Tips
- Campari is significantly more bitter and has a higher alcohol content than Aperol. It is for those who prefer a drier, herbal drink.
- The large green olive garnish highlights the savory, botanical notes of the Campari perfectly.
Variations
- Select Spritz: Using Select Aperitivo, which falls perfectly between Aperol (sweet) and Campari (bitter) in flavor profile.
Chef's Notes & Storage
- The original Spritz Veneziano.
